I opened my agency in 2009. My background with State Farm consit of both the team member role and the agent role—before becoming a State Farm Agent, I worked for a State Farm Agent as a team member. My experience as a team member gives me a deep understanding on the position and what it takes to build a high performing team.
I grew up in McPherson, KS and I’m married with three grown children.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andre Hale - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Compensation $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
