"I was shopping for new car and house insurance - my insurance I had for almost 20 years was not flexible and had poor customer service. I received multiple offers from different agencies, but Bailey Jones with State Farm offered very good customer service, was willing to answer detailed questions and adjusted the new insurance to our needs. She also was able to safe us a significant amount of money compared to my old insurance. She even helped with the transfer from our old company to State Farm and made sure, that we felt happy and satisfied with our new insurance plans. I really liked, that we did most of the transactions through email and calls, it was very convenient. I would definitely recommend her and the Agency she works for (Andre Hale with State Farm)."
